County Connect was born from a simple but powerful belief: every voice deserves to be heard. We saw a gap - a lack of platforms where neurodiverse individuals could lead, shape, and shine. So we built one. Known as 'Project Radio' and run from County Care's Community Skills Project Hubs, a safe and supportive space has been created where creativity, confidence, and community thrives. Our team aren’t just playing music. They’re learning new skills, building friendships and discovering their strengths. Every show is a celebration of individuality. Every broadcast is a reminder that representation matters. And every day, we’re proving what’s possible when people are given the chance to be heard.
