And bring your body to rest.  PAUSE… Let your breathing slow down,  And your body deeply relax.  PAUSE… As your mind continues to move with thoughts,  See if you can extract them from you,  And let them go,  Watching them float away into the night,  With every exhale.  LONG PAUSE… The tranquil night awaits. The sky is vast and clear, with twinkling stars shining brightly. The tranquility of the starry night surrounds you. Gaze up at the night sky, and bask in its beauty. PAUSE… Imagine yourself lying on a soft blanket under this endless sky of stars. The air is cool, and a gentle breeze kisses your skin. Millions of stars twinkle above you, like diamonds in the sky. Each one reminds you that it’s okay to let go.  It’s okay to be you. You are a part of the universal whole.  LONG PAUSE... Breathe in deeply, and feel the cool night air filling your lungs. As you exhale, let all your worries and stresses melt away. Feel the peace of the night settling into your body and mind. Let yourself be free from all tension, and feel a deep sense of calm. PAUSE… Your mind becomes still. As the thoughts float on by you. You are deeply relaxed.  One with the earth, And one with the stars.  Calm and serene.  LONG PAUSE… Within the open sky of tranquility, you feel whole. You are at peace with yourself, and happy. PAUSE... The sounds of the tranquil night, Fill your ears, And soothe your soul.  PAUSE… Let your body rest, and your mind be still.
