A Different Year Every 30 Minutes
Years Radio plays the biggest UK hits of one year at a time, and every 30 minutes the year changes. 1965 at seven o'clock, 2005 at half past, 1989 after that, anything from 1952 to today.
Number ones, forgotten gems, the songs from the adverts and the films, the ones you'd forgotten you loved. Each song comes with the year, the original sleeve and a fact or two about the record and the artist, and the next year is always on screen so you know what's coming.
It runs 24 hours a day, fully automated, with no talking over the intros. Built and programmed in the UK.
